Mark Batchelor Administrator
Mark Batchelor comes to us with more than 20 years of business administration
experience. Originally from Connecticut, Mark attended Graham Junior College in
Boston, then New Haven University. He moved to Maui, Hawaii in 1977 and owned
and operated an ocean recreation company known as "Sea Sails" until 1996 when he
moved to Michigan. Mark supervised the renovation and major equipment
installations in our Rochester office and the radiation and imaging purchases
and renovations of our Canton location. Mark lives in Howell with his Maui-born
black Labrador Retriever "Blaize", his Golden Retriever, "Aspen", 5 cats, 2
children, his wife (Dr. Obradovich). In his spare time he sails competitively.

Ann Calvert Office Manager
Ann is a graduate of Albion College with a Bachelor of Science Degree
and a business minor. Ann joined the staff at Animal Cancer and Imaging Center
in August of 2000. She previously worked at Providence Hospital in the Nuclear
Medicine and Radiation therapy department. Her most recent work history has been
in the retail industry.
Her Golden Retriever "Popeye" first introduced her to Dr. Obradovich in 1998,
he was 9 years old at the time. Popeye had a mast cell tumor in his abdomen and
went through a full course of radiation therapy and the tumor was completely
excised. Popeye lived to the age of 16! There is a new addition to the family
now to fill Popeye's paws," Tug" , an energetic Golden Retriever pictured above!
Ann and her husband Ken, enjoy golf and sharing time with family and friends.
Ann's favorite perk of the job is meeting and greeting our patients and

Colleen McDonough, B.A., E.S.M.T., L.V.T.
Head CT Technician, radiation technician and assistant administrator
Colleen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Social Sciences from
Oakland University. While attending college, she worked part time at a bank.
Aftergraduating she spent the next ten years in the financial industry.
Finally, Colleen became disenchanted with the mortgage business and left her
position as a mortgage underwriter to pursue her dream of working with animals.
She earned her associates degree in Veterinary Technology, Summa Cum Laude, from
Macomb Community College in 1997. Having passed her state and national boards
she is now an LVT. Colleen has worked with Dr. Obradovich since 1997. Colleen is
our assistant hospital administrator and head CT technician. She also has had 6
years experience in radiation therapy.
When not at work she spends her time with her husband, Ed, on their 20 acre
farm. The animal population includes 6 horses, 3 dogs and 12 cats. |

Sarah Zylik
Sarah came to us at the beginning of 2010. She previously worked at Healthy Paws Vet. Sarah was a stay at home mom to her two boys and now has chosen to come back into the workforce and do what she loves, be with animals and work with people. Sarah was also a client with her bullmastiff Buddah who lived a wonderful 9 years! She also has another dog Gracie and a cat Stanley. When Sarah is not working, she is living at the hockey rinks watching her husband coach jer 2 boys in hockey. |

Kelly Grant
Kelly came to us in June 2009. She has a background in customer service and office management, with four years at a veterinary hospital. She enjoys working with animals and their owners.
Kelly lives in Belleville with her husband of 24 years, her 22 year old son and 20 year old daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys activities with friends and family and her 5 year old Pomeranian, "Gimpy". She is also a member and very active with Belleville Fire Department Auxiliary, where her husband and son are firefighters. |
